Returns and Refund Policy

This policy explains when purchases made through Magnetron may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return.
1. General Refund Window
If a refund is available for a product or service, requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless different terms were clearly stated at checkout or in a separate written agreement.
2. Digital Products
Because software and digital goods are delivered immediately, refunds for downloadable products, license keys, subscriptions, and other digital purchases are generally not provided once access has been granted, except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise.
3. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong product, a defective file, or a purchase that cannot be used as intended due to an issue on our side, contact us and we will review the issue as quickly as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, account correction, or refund.
4. Physical Items
If we ever supply physical products, returns may be accepted only if the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our error or by a defective product.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law:
- downloadable software products;
- license keys and activation codes that have already been issued;
- gift cards;
- custom work, consulting, or other services already performed;
- sale items or discounted purchases marked as final.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or reseller involved.
7. Taxes and Third-Party Resellers
Some sales may be processed by an authorized reseller or payment partner, such as FastSpring. In those cases, refunds and tax handling may also be subject to that provider's systems and policies.
