Audio File Inspect
Inspect an audio file with magaudiocli and show the detected specs in one text field.
Audio File Inspect is a lightweight utility recipe for checking the technical details of a single audio file without leaving Magnetron. It is useful when you want a fast readout of format, channel layout, duration, and loudness metrics before deciding what to do next.
- Select one audio file and inspect it immediately.
- View container, codec, bit depth, sample rate, and channel layout in one place.
- Check integrated LUFS, dialog loudness, RMS, true peak, sample peak, PLR, PSR, LRA, and related measurements.
- Use it as a quick technical checkpoint during ingest, QC, troubleshooting, or delivery prep.
The recipe opens a simple file selector, runs magaudiocli in inspect and analyze mode, and prints the detected values into a read-only text field. That gives you an at-a-glance technical summary without sending the file through a longer correction or conversion workflow.
